Build and manage an enterprise sales pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting. Own the complete SaaS sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close, build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, develop account strategies, forecast accurately, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success. The role requires selling complex enterprise solutions to technical buyers and using AI tools to improve productivity.

Provide technical customer support through helpdesk, Slack, and Teams. Troubleshoot Git, DNS, custom domains, integrations, APIs, SAML SSO, redirects, and product bugs; review logs, document reproduction steps, and escalate issues to Engineering. Identify recurring problems, quantify impact, recommend improvements, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to improve self-service, automation, workflows, and the customer experience.
