Provide technical customer support through helpdesk, Slack, and Teams. Troubleshoot Git, DNS, custom domains, integrations, APIs, SAML SSO, redirects, and product bugs; review logs, document reproduction steps, and escalate issues to Engineering. Identify recurring problems, quantify impact, recommend improvements, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to improve self-service, automation, workflows, and the customer experience.

Own data and insights initiatives that improve product and business decisions. Partner with product, engineering, growth, marketing, and leadership to define metrics, analyze questions, run experiments, influence roadmaps, and build data foundations. Responsibilities include evolving models, pipelines, instrumentation, and tooling; evaluating build-versus-buy solutions; advancing the internal data agent; and enabling company-wide self-service data usage.
