Build pixel-perfect, high-performance Shopify stores from Figma designs. Convert designs into scalable themes using Liquid and JSON templates, implement performance and SEO best practices, develop CRO test variants, debug with DevTools, collaborate with designers/PMs/CRO/QA, and maintain clean, maintainable code across multiple client stores.

Manage end-to-end Shopify projects with focus on A/B testing and CRO. Coordinate developers, designers, CRO specialists, and QA to ensure variations are implemented, tested, and launched on time while removing blockers and keeping priorities and timelines aligned.

Design high-converting Shopify landing pages and A/B test variants based on CRO insights. Collaborate with CRO strategists, PMs, developers, copywriters, and media buyers to translate strategy into fast, conversion-focused designs across multiple eCommerce brands. Deliver production-ready designs with speed, ownership, and attention to quality.

Manage CRO for Shopify clients through A/B testing, UX improvements, data analysis (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings), and strong client ownership. Plan and run experiments, recommend fixes, lead client communication, and coordinate with designers, developers, and PMs to drive measurable revenue growth.

Serve as the Founders right hand managing end-to-end hiring, onboarding/offboarding, people operations, and executive support. Tasks include recruiting, scheduling interviews, maintaining hiring KPIs, inbox and calendar management, document handling, Google Sheets tracking, and ad-hoc travel booking. Role demands proactive problem-solving, ownership, and process improvement in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment.
