Lead Fresco’s global enterprise sales strategy as a senior individual contributor. Own net-new revenue, identify and close complex partnerships with appliance manufacturers, retailers, OEMs, and ecosystem players, and manage long enterprise sales cycles. Build executive relationships, develop business cases, negotiate deals, maintain pipeline and forecasting discipline, and shape go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with product, delivery, solution engineering, finance, and account management teams while establishing sales processes and playbooks for future team growth.

Develop reliable, scalable Python backend services for IoT devices and mobile clients across AWS Lambda microservices. Build platform capabilities, cloud integrations, and event-driven systems; participate throughout the application lifecycle; support production operations through a rotating on-call shift; and use observability and AI-assisted development practices.

Design and evolve Fresco’s AWS-based KitchenOS platform of Python microservices. Responsibilities include architecture, event-driven systems, API and schema design, infrastructure as code, observability, cost optimization, on-call ownership, code review, and mentoring. The role requires deep backend system-design expertise across AWS services, databases, event patterns, strict Python typing, and deployment pipelines, with opportunities to contribute to AI engineering and IoT capabilities.
