Supervise and motivate a small in-store retail team, deliver excellent customer experiences, provide feedback and training, maintain visual merchandising standards, and drive sales and operational performance. The role also supports store presentation, team efficiency, brand knowledge, and achievement of commercial goals.

Manage weekly and monthly payrolls for 2,000+ employees: verify hours, process starters and leavers, calculate statutory pay (holiday, sick), liaise with store managers and HR, resolve timesheet and payslip queries, and ensure timely, compliant payroll delivery.

Lead club membership growth and retention by managing sales performance, coaching staff, executing lead-generation and member-engagement initiatives, monitoring KPIs, building local partnerships, and supporting club operations and member experience.
