As Head of Product Design at Flipdish, you will define the design vision, lead a team of designers, and collaborate closely with engineering and product management. Your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on design work, ensuring high-quality output and fostering a user-centered design approach.

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design processes, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to create intuitive user experiences and elevate the design quality within the team.

Own and scale Flipdish's Managed Marketing service: drive PPC performance (primarily Google Ads), build scalable onboarding and automated reporting, lead P&L and commercial planning, expand service offerings, and apply automation/AI to improve efficiency and ROI.
