Lead cross-functional and regional teams, advise senior leaders using market intelligence and cost analysis, drive sourcing initiatives and best practices, and ensure uninterrupted supply across manufacturing facilities.

Leads accounting, controllership, controls, compliance, reporting, audits, and transformation for Eaton’s Electrical and Corporate Sectors across EMEA. Oversees approximately 100 professionals across 10–15 locations, ensures US GAAP and statutory compliance, drives shared-service optimization and automation, supports strategic initiatives, and partners with senior sector leadership to deliver financial insight and operational improvement.

Manage strategic data centre accounts across Ireland, driving revenue, profitable new business, pipeline growth, account planning, tenders, purchase orders, and framework agreements. Build relationships with customer decision-makers, consultants, and contractors; understand client needs and competitive trends; coordinate technical and commercial bid responses; communicate Eaton’s value proposition; and align internal sales, engineering, marketing, supply chain, services, and leadership teams to support customer success.

Leads electrical design and engineering for data centre projects across the full project lifecycle, from concept and detailed design through construction support and closeout. Provides technical leadership, reviews designs, manages deliverables and quality, mentors engineers, and supports value engineering and technical decisions. Acts as a client-facing technical lead, coordinating customers, contractors, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role includes site visits, commissioning support, and up to 30% travel across EMEA.
