Senior backend engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying on-premise and cloud microservices for an AI-driven digital pathology product. Work with cross-functional agile teams, use containerization and cloud tech, support monitoring and troubleshooting, drive development best practices, and complete required regulated-environment compliance training.

Own QA across the SDLC for AI-enabled regulated software, manage change control, test case review, audits/CAPAs, customer quality queries, GLP validation, and cross-functional release into GxP environments.

Operate the day-to-day risk and compliance activities for the Group: manage insurance programme operations, vendor due diligence and monitoring, ESG data collection, incident and compliance coordination, and maintain the compliance calendar and reporting. Act as the operational coordinator across functions to ensure timely completion of renewals, certificates, claims, assessments, and regulatory/audit documentation.
