Drive net-new customer acquisition across mid-to-large organizations by prospecting, converting inbound leads, engaging technical and executive stakeholders, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating, and delivering technical demonstrations. The role involves collaborating with Sales Development Representatives, using sales prospecting tools, and strategically expanding engagement across complex organizations. Travel to client sites by auto, train, or air may reach 30% of the time.

Lead and develop a high-performing sales and customer success enablement team across EMEA. Design, deliver, and optimize scalable training, coaching, curriculum, and learning programs for go-to-market teams. Partner with cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps, create targeted solutions, represent field needs, and measure business impact. Responsibilities include facilitating global training events, classroom sessions, e-learning, sales kickoffs, QBRs, and coaching programs.

Lead and develop Customer Success Managers while owning regional customer retention, renewals, expansions, and revenue growth. Serve as an escalation point and customer success role model, negotiate renewals and upsells, resolve complex challenges cross-functionally, and build high-performing teams through talent attraction, coaching, and development.
