Leads the engineering organization responsible for blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, backend services, sequencers, production networks, and DevOps. Owns client delivery, contractual SLAs, reliability, security collaboration, technical roadmaps, architecture, release standards, infrastructure separation, cost management, and engineering operations. Builds and mentors engineering leaders, manages hiring and performance, coordinates cross-functional priorities, and serves as a technical representative to institutional clients and partners.

Manage a globally distributed DevOps/SRE team while building the company’s operational function. Own on-call and incident management, NOC/SOC capability, infrastructure separation, client availability commitments, disaster recovery, cloud costs, audit readiness, and hiring. The role requires technical DevOps expertise across Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, GitOps, and AWS/Azure, plus experience operating systems with contractual availability commitments.
