Lead and mentor an agile .NET development team while providing hands-on technical direction across backend and Angular or React frontend technologies. Responsibilities include solution design, architectural decisions, code reviews, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and promoting clean architecture, SOLID principles, CI/CD, automated testing, and continuous improvement.

Lead client engagements to design and implement Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance and readiness. Deploy sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, audit controls, run stakeholder workshops, translate requirements into business outcomes, and support secure AI workplace adoption across Microsoft 365 services.
