Partner with Account Executives to present Arize's GenAI observability platform, lead technical demos and discovery, design and run PoCs, advise on GenAI/LLM best practices, handle technical objections, and build relationships with technical and business stakeholders across prospective customers.

Own full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales across EMEA: prospect, discover, run POCs, close and grow accounts with AI/ML stakeholders. Build sales plays, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, drive adoption, and use qualification frameworks (BANT/MEDDIC) to expand workloads.

Own expansion and renewal sales within existing enterprise accounts, identify growth opportunities via usage analysis and whitespace mapping, build executive relationships, define account strategies with cross-functional teams, articulate technical and commercial value, forecast pipeline, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and travel as needed to engage customers on-site.

Customer-facing ML/GenAI engineer who advises customers, runs demos and strategic reviews, drives product adoption, partners with sales and engineering, and helps expand accounts by implementing best practices for production ML/LLM systems.

Partner with EMEA AI/ML teams to drive adoption of Arize's observability platform, manage accounts through onboarding and renewals, run workshops/QBRs, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate technical resources to ensure customers achieve measurable AI outcomes.
