Own technical relationships with large enterprise customers, leading onboarding, integrations, adoption, escalations, renewals, and executive business reviews. Build the company’s post-sales function from the ground up through playbooks, runbooks, and review cadences. Manage complex implementations involving cloud platforms, CI/CD, APIs, Kubernetes, identity systems, security reviews, and multiple stakeholders. Partner credibly with senior leaders up to the CISO level while diagnosing technical issues and driving customer outcomes.

Deploy and integrate autonomous vulnerability-management platforms into high-security, sovereign, and air-gapped environments. Read and modify customer and platform code, identify vulnerabilities, verify patches, build security tooling integrations, and navigate authentication, network, compliance, and cross-domain constraints. Act as the technical bridge between customers and core engineering and AI teams while advising customer engineering, SOC, and operational leaders on automated defense and vulnerability remediation.
