Hands-on Tech Lead who writes and reviews production backend code, architects cloud-native SaaS systems, mentors a 3–4 engineer feature team, leverages AI coding agents to increase velocity, ensures multi-tenant scalability and production health, and partners with Product to deliver user-focused features.

Design and build agentic multi-agent AI systems to autonomously plan and execute engineering workflows. Integrate AI coding agents into the SDLC, automate test generation and execution, implement automated incident triage, create secure tool- and API-integration layers, manage agent state/memory, and enforce execution safety guardrails while rapidly prototyping automation solutions.

Lead and architect end-to-end QA automation for a distributed data SaaS platform: build scalable frameworks, embed tests in CI/CD, drive integration/API/performance/data-integrity testing, eradicate flaky tests, mentor engineers, own release quality sign-off, collaborate across product and engineering, and apply AI tools to accelerate testing and optimize QA metrics.

Own and scale AI enablement: build core orchestration, LLMOps/MLOps platforms and governance, integrate generative AI into product, optimize cost/latency, run PoC-to-production delivery, upskill teams, standardize tooling and vendor strategy, and track adoption/ROI metrics.

Design and evolve the cloud data platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure stability, fault tolerance, cost-efficiency, developer-friendly APIs/tools, security-by-design, monitoring, legacy modernization, and prototyping new technologies while defining technical standards and guiding teams.

Design and maintain robust end-to-end automated test suites and resilience tests for a distributed, cloud-native data platform. Integrate tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), perform API and data-integrity testing, triage production defects, eliminate flaky tests, collaborate early with developers, and track QA metrics to improve reliability and deployment velocity.

The Head of Data Intelligence Products will define and execute product strategy, lead a global team, oversee AI developments, and engage CDOs to modernize data management.

Lead and inspire a team of engineers to build data solutions, drive technical excellence, foster innovation, and ensure alignment with product vision.

Lead the Sustaining Engineering Team by managing escalated technical issues, guiding a rotating squad of engineers, and ensuring rapid resolution of critical incidents.

Lead the development of Smart Data Products within Actian's ecosystem, managing all stages of the product lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and adoption.
