Integrity360, a cybersecurity firm headquartered in Dublin, announced its acquisition of Advantus360, a Canadian provider of cybersecurity services. With a global presence spanning the U.K., Europe and Africa, this move expands Integrity360 into the North American market.
Advantus360 provides cybersecurity consulting services such as design and architecture, integration, deployment, strategy development and training. It serves organizations in industries like oil, gas and energy, transportation, manufacturing, legal, financial, retail and mining across Canada and the U.S.
Its suite of offerings complements Integrity360’s offerings, which include cyber risk and assurance, incident response and forensics, infrastructure and tech services. Following the acquisition, Integrity360 will develop Advantus360 into a regional services hub serving Canada and the wider U.S. market. The company will also add a new Calgary-based security operations center in 2026.
