Fenergo, a Dublin-based company specializing in preventing financial crime, recently announced a hiring push, adding 300 roles to its headquarters office. The company plans to fill a total of 500 jobs across its global offices over the next three years.

Fenergo’s latest hiring initiative is part of a €100 million research, development and innovation expansion plan supported by Enterprise Ireland. The company also established a new RD&I Center of Excellence at its Dublin headquarters to house the newly staffed local talent, and employees there will focus on supporting Fenergo’s innovation strategy.

“This investment and growth of our Irish operations reflect our confidence in the excellent talent pool we have in this country, and a market where innovative thinking, entrepreneurship and evolving technology will propel Fenergo to new heights,” Marc Murphy, Fenergo’s CEO and founder, said in a statement. “With AI at the core of our RD&I strategy, we are committed to delivering future-proof solutions for financial institutions in Ireland, across Europe, the UK, America, [the] Middle East and Asia.”

Fenergo is actively recruiting talent, seeking candidates for mid-level engineering and R&D positions. The company is also rolling out a graduate program in hopes of appointing up to 30 university graduates.
