Eaton Appoints New Executive VP and Chief HR Officer

Kaled Awada will oversee the power management company’s entire talent strategy, from acquisition to retention.

Dublin-based Eaton announced the latest addition to its leadership team. The company appointed Kaled Awada as executive vice president and chief human resources officer to spearhead its end-to-end talent strategy, effective Oct. 6.

The company operates an intelligent power management platform serving the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, aerospace and mobility sectors. Eaton leverages electrification and digitalization solutions to help organizations operate sustainably and manage their power.

Prior to joining Eaton, Awada was executive vice president and chief people officer at PG&E, leading talent acquisition, labor relations and employee growth and development. In his new role, he will oversee leadership and organizational development, employee compensation and benefits and the entire employee experience spanning hiring to retention.
