Aon, a professional services firm with a significant presence in Dublin, has agreed to sell its Cybersecurity and Intellectual Property Litigation consulting groups, including Stroz Friedberg and Elysium Digital, to LevelBlue.
According to a news release, the deal transfers a team of 300 professionals with ties to Fortune 500 companies, Am Law 100 firms and many top U.K. law firms, boosting LevelBlue’s global presence and strengthening its incident response and IP litigation consulting services.
As part of the agreement, Aon and LevelBlue will form a strategic relationship to collaborate on delivering cybersecurity solutions.
“Aon will continue to deliver leading cyber brokerage capabilities through our Cyber Solutions group, CyQu platform and Cyber Risk Analyzer to serve our clients growing cyber broking needs.” Aon’s Christian Hoffman said in a statement.
