Partners with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to prioritize initiatives, translate OKRs into delivery plans, define requirements, manage backlogs, and guide solution trade-offs. Uses customer research, operational data, and product analytics to drive product decisions, innovation, and measurable business value in a SaaS environment.

Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, experimentation, and measurable outcomes for a strategic employee recognition product domain. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and senior leaders to deliver scalable, intuitive, AI-powered B2B SaaS experiences. Clarify requirements, prioritize work, support sprint execution, use customer and product data to guide decisions, and mentor junior product professionals.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, resolving password requests, supply chain issues, and other inquiries. Document and own cases through resolution, maintain accurate customer records, deliver positive customer experiences, and identify process improvements. The role requires fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and includes a Sunday-to-Thursday afternoon/evening schedule.

Provide multilingual customer support by phone and email in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Own, document, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues ranging from password requests to complex supply chain problems. Maintain a positive customer experience, build relationships across cultures, update customer records accurately, follow automated workflows, and identify process improvements.
