Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, resolving password requests, supply chain issues, and other inquiries. Document and own cases through resolution, maintain accurate customer records, deliver positive customer experiences, and identify process improvements. The role requires fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and includes a Sunday-to-Thursday afternoon/evening schedule.

Provide multilingual customer support by phone and email in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Own, document, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues ranging from password requests to complex supply chain problems.
