Full-lifecycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates; collaborating with hiring leaders to design interview processes; negotiating compensation; training interview teams; leveraging Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate pipelines and maintain clean data; and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Partner with EMEA leadership to deliver HRBP services: advise on performance, career paths, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, D&I, and engagement. Design people programs with COEs, provide people analytics, assess development needs, and handle complex global employee relations while supporting scaling and strategic HR initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
