Your Team and RoleWorking on the Talent Acquisition Functional Team, you’ll help us hire the people who will propel DuckDuckGo's mission of raising the standard of trust online. As candidates' first point of contact, you'll create a positive experience for everyone who engages with our hiring process.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure fair, high-functioning interview processes that result in exceptional hires.
Your daily responsibility will be coordinating the logistics of our hiring process: responding to candidates, scheduling interviews with stakeholders across time zones, assigning test projects to reviewers, and processing project payments. You’ll partner with hiring teams to reduce bias, raise the quality of hires, and improve the efficiency of our hiring process.
About You3+ years of experience as a coordinator or similar administrative role.
Ability and willingness to handle multiple complex, repetitive tasks concurrently.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, adjust quickly to changing circumstances, and maintain effectiveness under pressure.
Problem solver who can streamline tasks and processes, with proficiency in project management tools, and quickly learns new systems.
$87,500 USD annually and stock options. Compensation is identical within professional levels, regardless of geographic location or team. Compensation for each professional level is transparent across the organization.
Eligibility for company-sponsored health benefits is limited to team members based in the United States. This program does not extend to team members located in other countries, such as Canada or the UK.

Expect to travel at least two times a year: once for our all-hands meetup and again for a team retreat (each around 4-5 days). While extenuating circumstances may impact attendance, everyone is strongly encouraged to attend.
While we offer a flexible work arrangement with no core hours, expect an average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
