Job DescriptionStaff Growth Analyst - Marketing Analytics (IC4)
We are looking for a Staff Growth Analyst (Senior Individual Contributor) to join the newly formed Growth Analytics function within Marketing Analytics. Our team has been formed to support how we understand what drives growth for our Marketing tribe, how we can leverage these opportunities to accelerate our impact and how we can maintain discipline within the Investments we make in Marketing.
This will be a high impact role with exposure to our marketing leadership teams and leads across our channel mix. You will work with them and our finance partners to design analytical frameworks to ensure we can continue to invest responsibility in Marketing and maintain ROI; but also incentivise growth through new tactics responsibly.
You’ll report to the Analytics Director for Growth Marketing Analytics and partner with our CMO and Marketing Global Leads to drive both technical excellence through outputs, through to commercial growth outcomes

Here’s how you’ll be contributing:
You will be the Analytics owner for our Investment Frameworks in Marketing, combining both technical excellence and rigour with strong commercial awareness in order to influence investment and decision making at the highest level within our Marketing tribe.
There are 2 main areas of responsibility within this role;
Analytics Ownership
Create Payback models and financial modelling to ensure we set the correct guardrails for our investments relative to the unit economics of our customers.
Own our understanding for the Marketing Tribe of the LTV profile of our customers, how this evolves over time and how this should inform our investment guardrails.
Unlock frameworks for new growth areas, from how we can use promos to incentivise growth, how we think about investments across the marketing funnel and work with our Global leads to unlock these strategies.
Build rigour and governance processes into our frameworks to ensure they remain resilient for years to come.
Leadership & Partnering
Collaborate with our Marketing leadership team, including the CMO, to create a roadmap of Investment deliverables to unlock new growth.
Contribute to the overall analytics strategy, ensuring that tribe data and analytics is discoverable and leveraged.
Drive outcomes across the tribe by partnering with the wider analytics and Marketing community.
Drive technical excellence across the team, both in the delivery of work through this workstream and by disseminating knowledge across the Marketing Analytics community.
A bit about you:
Experienced analyst or data scientist who likes to operate with a high degree of autonomy in often ambiguous/diverse problem sets in the marketing/growth space.
Substantial experience in financial analysis including but not limited to; LTV, cohort analysis, segmentation, Payback Modelling.
Strong commercial mindset and have demonstrable experience in being able to drive commercial outcomes through analytical work.
Able to demonstrate that you can tell a story and proactively give guidance on strategy based on insights.
Worked with C-level stakeholders and evidence building strong relationships at this level to achieve alignment on complex topics.
Technical breadth as an analyst from insight generation, building data models, building reporting and executing testing (a/b testing, geo testing etc.).
(Desirable) Worked in fintech or a similar high growth industry.
