- Design branded graphics, carousels, quote cards, infographics, and motion content
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., CapCut, Runway, Descript, VEED) to produce and edit engaging short-form videos
- Ensure all creative assets align with OneIMS brand guidelines and client messaging
3. Posting & Engagement
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms
- Monitor performance and engagement, respond to comments, and manage communities
- Identify trends and jump on real-time opportunities when relevant to our brand
4. Performance Analysis
- Report on content performance using KPIs like reach, engagement, and video watch time
- Use data to optimize future posts and creative formats
- Run tests and experiments to drive better results over time
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and management
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphics and short-form video work (LinkedIn and TikTok especially)
- Familiarity with AI tools for video editing, subtitling, and repurposing (e.g. Descript, CapCut, Runway)
- Solid design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma
- Experience using publishing tools like Buffer, Metricool, or Hootsuite
- Strong English communication (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus
- Detail-oriented and self-managed with a creative mindset
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working in or with B2B SaaS or agencies
- Knowledge of HubSpot or inbound marketing principles
- Ability to turn long-form assets (e.g., webinars, podcasts) into snackable video clips
- Remote work aligned to CST business hours
