This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic Treasury team. In this role, you will have the outstanding opportunity to work collaboratively with various functional teams and gain a comprehensive understanding of private markets. As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring best practices are followed for detailed wire instruction related activities, contributing to the success of our organization.


What you will do:

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our Treasury Director to manage the Limited Partner, General Partner, and Partnership payment instruction data and related payment files. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking change requests and verbally confirming changes with authorized contact(s).

  • Monitoring Fund closings and related payment instruction activity, such as new investor input or existing investor linking to current investments.

  • Resolving payment instruction issues related to returned distributions by coordinating with Client Service, Investors, and multiple banking counterparties.

  • Tracking monthly distributions to ensure referenced Limited Partner and General Partner standard settlement instructions are active and operational.

  • Developing subject matter expertise for establishing specialized payment instructions on clearing systems.

  • Confirming accuracy of wire instructions for Direct and Secondary Investments.

  • Assisting with interbanking connectivity and technology for efficient payment and reporting capabilities.

  • Participating in cross functional projects to improve processes and controls while implementing system solutions.

  • Performing other responsibilities as required.

  • Accountable individual with strong attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.

  • Proactive, highly organized self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Experience with Treasury workstations, workflow software, and Bank Portals.

  • Familiarity with private markets industry.

Education Preferred

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 3-5 Years of Treasury, Financial Analysis, or Operations Experience
