As a mid-level Product Designer, you'll join an award-winning team of over 40 designers and researchers in Dublin responsible for delivering human experiences to millions of users. You'll play a key role in shaping the entire user experience of our flagship product by leveraging design thinking methodologies, facilitating workshops, and running extensive user research. The skills you'll bring

  • Communication skills to effectively communicate design choices to product teams.
  • Understanding of design thinking and user research processes.
  • Experience participating in design sprints and workshops. Ability to consider the entire user experience in your work, keeping up with evolving design trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • You've delivered successful projects in a product design role, consistently meeting high standards.
  • You've been involved in projects that delivered comprehensive user requirements specifications, conceptual ideas, personas, storyboards, flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design artefacts.
  • You've facilitated hands-on ideation sessions and executed the entire UX lifecycle.
  • You've contributed to your team culture by identifying and championing design-driven projects and initiatives.
  • You've collaborated effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality design work consistently.
  • You have a portfolio demonstrating your UX and UI design skills.
