Perform monthly calculations for company specialists, including base incomes, KPIs, and complex bonus structures;
Manage the full cycle of income processing within 1C:ZUP (1C: Income and HR Management);
Work with the internal HR system to extract and synchronize data regarding worked hours, vacations, sick leaves, and overtime;
Accurately calculate final pay upon termination, vacation pay, and sick leave compensation;
Prepare final Calculation Reports and submit them to the Treasury/Finance department for approval and processing;
Act as the primary point of contact for specialists regarding their income, bonuses, or deductions (Support);
Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to automate and optimize accounting processes.
2+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist / Accountant (experience in IT or iGaming is highly preferred);
Solid practical experience with 1C: ZUP (this is our core tool);
Experience working with modern HRIS/HRM systems;
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets;
Strict adherence to confidentiality and experience handling sensitive financial data;
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with large arrays of numerical data;
Intermediate+ level of English - will be a plus;
Experience calculating payments for independent contractors / B2B - will be a plus.
Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy;
Strict discretion and ability to handle confidential financial information;
Excellent communication skills and patience when explaining income calculations to specialists;
