Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager EE Cluster to define, lead, and execute cluster-wide marketing strategies across all Sales Companies in the Cluster. This individual will be responsible for driving marketing results, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong connections between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Cluster Marketing Plans ( across four key regions: Poland, Ukraine, Baltics, Turkey, Central Europe, and Southeastern Europe): Shape and drive comprehensive marketing strategies and priorities that deliver consistency and impact across all Sales Companies in the cluster
  • Lead B2B Marketing Strategy: Guide the sales organizations across four regions by providing Market Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, Digital Marketing, Content & Communication leadership — offering strategic recommendations and growth direction to the Board
  • Boost Lead Generation: Design and implement regional marketing programs to accelerate lead generation and improve lead conversion rates throughout the cluster
  • Own Key Marketing Projects: Take full accountability for marketing outcomes across diverse projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and on-time execution
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Spot new customer segments, expand market share, and boost brand presence within the industrial and engineering sectors
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with the Cluster President, local Managing Directors, and the Global Marketing team to ensure seamless alignment of local and global strategies, as well as sales and marketing efforts
  • Bridge Sales and Marketing: Foster strong collaboration between sales and marketing teams, driving unified strategies that support business expansion
  • Lead and Develop the Marketing Team: Inspire and guide a multi-disciplinary marketing cluster team covering digital, branding, content, events, and more, ensuring they are empowered and equipped to deliver
  • Manage Annual Planning: Own the cluster’s annual marketing planning process, partnering with senior leadership on strategic alignment and budget decisions
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Analyze marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness, providing regular insights and updates to senior management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, within B2B environments in the industrial, manufacturing, or engineering fields
  • Proven expertise in strategic marketing planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver business impact
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record managing and motivating cross-functional teams across multiple regions
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • And finally, you’re fluent in both English and Polish

What’s in it for you?

We offer a challenging position in global, open, and friendly environment. Your work will have a true impact on Alfa Laval’s future success. The nature of the job also means that you will cooperate closely with many different parts of our organization, building both a broad business knowledge as well as a global network of colleagues.
