At Infobip, we dream big. We value creativity, persistence, and innovation, passionately believing that it is through teamwork that we can all reach greater heights.

Since 2006, we have been innovating at the edge of technological possibilities and are now shaping global communications of the future. Through 75+ offices on six continents, Infobip’s platform is used by almost 80% of the population, making it the largest network of its kind and the only full-stack cloud communication platform globally.

Join us on our mission to create life-changing interactions between humans and online services with new and unseen solutions.

We’re looking for a Market Growth Intern to support our Verticalization and GTM efforts at Infobip. This role is ideal for a student who is analytical, structured, and interested in how technology companies define and communicate value across different industries, including retail, healthcare, travel, hospitality etc.

You’ll work closely with industry leads, product marketers, and sales teams to help us build relevant value propositions, customer use cases, and pitch decks — turning research and stakeholder input into clear, commercially relevant outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Value Propositions: Support development of structured value propositions that align Infobip’s capabilities with business priorities of specific industry segments.
  • Use Case Design: Help translate customer pain points into clear, outcome-oriented use cases. You'll contribute to documents, visuals, and short slides explaining how specific Infobip products can be applied.
  • Presentation & Toolkits: Build and refine internal and external-facing slides using PowerPoint. Support production of diagrams, mockups, or light visuals in Figma (basic experience is sufficient).
  • Research Support: Review investor reports, analyst publications, case studies, and marketing material to extract relevant messaging points and strategic priorities.
  • Collaboration: Work with multiple stakeholders to support pitch decks, industry-focused events, or internal enablement sessions.
  • Help Transform Opportunities into Impact: Dive into the challenges and opportunities and turn them into powerful, real-world use cases. You’ll craft creative solutions that show how Infobip’s tech can revolutionize customer engagement and solve industry pain points.

More about you:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Structured thinker – comfortable working with frameworks, turning research into clear conclusions, and aligning work with commercial goals.
  • You’re Analytical but Creative: Numbers are your friends, but you’re just as passionate about turning insights into innovative, real-world solutions.
  • Passionate about PowerPoint – you can structure clear narratives and know how to visualize ideas in a business context.
  • Experience (or interest) in tools like Figma or Canva – not for design perfection, but for visually expressing a concept or customer journey.
  • Capable of independent work – you’re able to manage multiple tasks, ask for input when needed, and meet deadlines without daily oversight.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

When you become a part of Infobip you can expect:

  • Mentor and team support.
  • Being a part of a growing company in a growing industry – we challenge you not to grow!
  • Work with people from all over the world. We put the “global” in globalization.
  • Travel allowance and free lunch.

Infobip employees are people with diverse backgrounds, characteristics, and experiences that share the same passion and talent that helps us achieve our mission. That's why Infobip is committed to creating a diverse workplace and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status, or any other part of one's identity.
