Summary of the Position:
As an IT Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technology initiatives that support and optimize the company's logistics. The role requires a combination of leadership, technical expertise and a solid understanding of global logistics operations. You will work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure that IT systems and processes are aligned with business needs, contributing to efficiency, traceability and innovation in logistics processes.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in IT and Logistics-related positions, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
- Solid knowledge of logistics management systems, such as WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS (Transportation Management System) and logistics automation tools.
- Practical experience in IT project management, preferably in multinational corporate environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at different hierarchical and cultural levels.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, due to interaction with global teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment, with a focus on results and innovation.

- Lead the IT strategy for logistics operations, identifying and implementing innovative technology solutions to optimize processes.
- Manage and coordinate IT projects focused on logistics, from conception to execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Act as the main point of contact between the IT team and the logistics departments, coordinating the integration between systems and cutting-edge technologies.
- Evaluate and implement new technology solutions (such as WMS, TMS, RFID, IoT) to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize logistics operations and reduce operating costs.
- Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems used in logistics operations, resolving technical problems and managing incidents efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with other IT areas, including information security, infrastructure and support, to ensure that IT solutions meet business needs and security requirements.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, promoting integration between areas and the professional development of team members.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in logistics, exploring opportunities for automation and innovation.

- Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum) and in specific logistics technologies will be a plus.
