- Manage and develop a team of technicians.
- Proactively own service delivery, metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate location specific initiatives with proactive partnership with other IT product teams.
- Maintain strong stakeholder and vendor relationships.
- Ensure adherence to IT security, compliance, and country level regulations.
- Partner Enterprise Core Platforms Operations Strategy & Transformation (ECPOST) product teams and other Business Capability Areas (BCAs) to ensure alignment with strategic. priorities and adoption of automation into our IT & Business Operations.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field.
- 1 or more years of experience working in industry / business functional area.
- 1 or more years of working on major business/technology implementation programs.
- Ability to use analysis to prioritize business value.
- Subject matter expertise with appropriate business processes.
- Consumer/customer understanding and ability to implement product roadmap in support of business strategy.
- 1 or more years of work experience with IT infrastructure (network, desktop environments, printer).
- Strong understanding of technical terms, processes, and practices of products within scope.
- Fluent English (at least C1). Any other language would be a plus.
Nice to have:
- Proven communication skills; highly credible with consumer/customers; proven customer focus, empathy and design thinking.
- Highly collaborative and ability to influence without authority; proven ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners, proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder views, opinions and needs.
- 1 or more years of experience managing a team.
