What you will do:
- Plan and execute international inbound shipments (air, ocean, and road), including flows from Asia
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import processes
- Manage end-to-end shipment execution (booking, tracking, and issue resolution)
- Ensure on-time delivery (OTIF) while optimizing cost and lead time
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays in transportation
- Maintain strong follow-up and communication with logistics partners and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations
The skills you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in transport planning or international logistics
- Hands-on experience with multi-modal transportation (air, ocean, road)
- Experience working with customs brokers and import/export processes
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
- Advanced English level
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment
