  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and organizational change.

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Shared Services.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent mobility.

  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and learning solutions.

  • Facilitate compensation reviews and ensure equity in remuneration.

  • Analyze HR metrics and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and Ipsen policies.

  • Act as a role model for Ipsen’s values and ethical standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate-level qualification (Master’s in HR and/or CIPD full membership preferred).

  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and develop talent at all levels.

  • Strong business insight, accountability, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Why Join Us?

  • Award-Winning Culture: Recognized as a “Great Place to Work” and the first pharma site in Ireland to achieve both the Shingo Gold and Investors in Diversity Gold certifications.

  • Real Impact: Be part of a team that delivers life-changing medicines and drives continuous improvement every day.

  • Inclusive & Supportive: We champion fairness, respect, and belonging, with active employee resource groups and a vibrant, multicultural team.

  • Growth & Recognition: Enjoy professional development, competitive rewards, and the chance to shape our future.

Ready to shape the future with us? Apply now and be part of something meaningful.
