The Accountant is responsible for booking transactions, preparing invoices, assisting in monthly closings, and conducting financial analyses in an international environment.
- Daily booking of incoming invoices, expense reports and bank transactions
- Preparation and booking of output invoices
- Participate in the monthly closing process
- Written and oral communication with colleagues from other countries and departments
- Investigate and follow up reconciling items of booking entries
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports
- Maintain Fixed Asset ledger, calculate monthly depreciation
- Archiving, updating and disposal of documentation
- University or College degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting role, and at a multinational company is an advantage
- Strong MS Office skills, including advance Excel knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to perform tasks timely and independently
